RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At SUMMITSPORT.COM.AU it is our intention to provide the highest quality equipment, fast shipping and 100% satisfaction to our customers.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the equipment, or the level of service that you were provided, you should contact us immediately.
Please email to inform us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. We suggest that you include photos of the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs. Our prime concern is always the satisfaction of our customers.
Goods should not be returned unless you have been issued with a Return Authority Number (RAN). We will discuss the most appropriate method of returning the goods.
Please choose items carefully as we cannot refund for ?change of mind? situations. Damages caused from misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly and irregular maintenance are also not eligible for a return or refund.
Unless deemed faulty and under warranty, all items must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear and in their original, undamaged packaging. If this is not the case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you.

All SUMMIT products are under warranty for defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If it turns out there is a defect, we will replace with same, equal value (where purchased product is unavailable) or refund to full amount. Any item that has passed the 12 month date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
