Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, the delivery process is managed by StarTrack and is outside of our control.
In many cases, StarTrack requires a signature on delivery. If there's no authority to leave on the shipment, they'll often take the parcel back to the depot rather than leaving it in a safe location, even if the property is gated. You can arrange authority to leave with StarTrack directly either through the app or via phone but as the sender we aren’t able to change this on your behalf.
