Shipping Information 

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?

SUMMIT Sport will make best efforts to deliver products within 2 to 4 working days. For remote and non-metro areas, this may take longer, usually 4 to 8 working days. We require a residential address for delivery as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders are processed on business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, please allow for non-business days when considering transit times.

PLEASE NOTE: For most Kelme products, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Do you have Click & Collect services?

Yes. Free store pick-up is available from our Brisbane location (1/53 Kremzow Road, Brendale). Simply select Pickup at checkout. Please wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready for collection.

Processing can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) as some items may need to be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you.

Once the order is ready for collection, please bring your confirmation email. If you've ordered bulky items, it may be a good idea to bring someone along to help load and unload using a suitable vehicle. 

Orders must be collected during store operating hours.

SportsPower Brendale Opening Hours:

Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm

Sat: 9am - 4:30pm

Sun: 10am - 3pm

Your order will be held for 7 days, from the day it’s marked as ready for collection. Orders not collected within this time will be cancelled and refunded.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Sorry, we do not deliver outside of Australia. All orders are for Australian residential addresses only.

Where is the order coming from?

We ship from either Sydney or Brisbane. If you want to pick up from one of our showrooms, please advise. Please take note of our showroom addresses here.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We require a residential address for delivery as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

How long does it take to process the order?

We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please Note: While we make every effort to send your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for Australia Post/Courier delays.

Further delivery information:

summitsport.com.au will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery time. The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you are not home when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post depot for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you.

summitsport.com.au does not guarantee the availability of a product advertised, however you will be notified if we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change.
