SOCCEROOS FOOTBALL FUNDRAISER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Overview
The Socceroos Football Fundraiser Program is a fundraising initiative run by Summit Sport to help football clubs and schools raise funds through the sale of Socceroos-themed footballs. By participating, clubs agree to the following terms and conditions.

The Promoter is: Leisure Link (Aust) Pty Ltd trading as Summit Global ABN No: 53 003 450 128.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to all Australian football clubs, associations and schools.
  • Summit Sport reserves the right to approve or decline participation at its discretion.

2. Offer Details

  • Fundraiser product: Official Football Australia Socceroos-Themed Size 5 Football.
  • Club purchase price: $16 + GST per ball.
  • Recommended retail price (RRP): $30 per ball.
  • Clubs retain all profit per ball sold.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • No upfront payment is required to register or participate.
  • Clubs only pay for the number of balls sold.
  • Final order quantities must be submitted by Monday 23 March 2026 to team@summitglobal.com.au.
  • Payment is due upon delivery or as per invoice terms issued by Summit Sport.

4. Delivery & Availability

  • Delivery will occur during May – June 2026.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume and location.
  • In the event of unexpected stock shortages or overselling, Summit Sport reserves the right to supply an alternative Socceroos Heritage Ball of equal or greater value.

5. Promotional Support

Participating clubs will receive a digital promotional pack, including:

  • Flyers, posters and social media tiles
  • Custom order form for members

Summit Sport will provide these materials to support club/school-led promotion during Jan - Mar 2026.

6. Responsibilities of the Club

  • Clubs are responsible for collecting orders and payments from their members.
  • Clubs must ensure all order quantities are accurate and submitted by the deadline.
  • Clubs are responsible for distributing the balls to their members once received.

7. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 23 March 2026.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Any claim for defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

8. General Conditions

  • All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and excludes GST.
  • Summit Sport reserves the right to amend or end the fundraiser at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION & PAYMENT

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at SUMMITSPORT.COM.AU will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to SUMMIT's Customer Service operators.

Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s.

You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

AFTERPAY

With Afterpay, you can buy now and pay it in 4 interest-free instalments over 6 weeks.

When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You will be directed to Afterpay to complete the transaction. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

Available for purchases up to $4,000 in a single transaction.

What happens if I require a refund and paid using Afterpay?

Items purchased with Afterpay can be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to Summit Sport's Refund Policy. Returns or refunds will be processed and Afterpay will be advised. Your payment plan will then be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. If you have already made a payment, this will be refunded to you via Afterpay.

You may post reviews and make comments on the content on our website. PRICING AND GST

All prices on the website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. GST is subject to change and users of the SUMMIT website will not be informed by SUMMIT if a change occurs. Account holders residing in New Zealand are not required to pay GST. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this website are only valid online at the time shown.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

SUMMIT will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address to SUMMIT for this purpose. From time to time, SUMMIT will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your newsletter settings in your account or using the unsubscribe function in the electronic marketing communication.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel you order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by SUMMIT. SUMMIT will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.

SUMMIT also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • You provide an unauthorised credit card
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
  • You provide invalid personal details
  • The product has become unavailable
    SUMMIT will notify you before cancelling your order. 
     
    SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
     
    If you breach these terms and conditions, SUMMIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.If you are awaiting delivery of products, SUMMIT reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

    VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS SUMMIT
     
    Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre-discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days unless specified. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on SUMMITSPORT.COM.AU and by clicking "Apply Coupon". By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on SUMMITSPORT.COM.AU you agree to receive our newsletter with updates on new arrivals.
