What you will need:
- 1x ball
- 3x marker cones
- 2x enthusiastic players
Step by Step:
- Set markers up in triangle 5m apart. Player A stands on 1 Marker Cone while player B starts on another
- Player A handballs to Player B.
- When Player B receives the ball, they handball back and run to cone 2.
- Player B runs between cones receiving handball. They handball back using outside hand. i.e running to the left use left hand running to the right use right.
