  • If you normally wear a whole size: Order the same whole size OOFOS.
  • If you normally wear a half size: Order a half size DOWN for best fit.

Women

  • If you normally wear a whole size: Order the same whole size OOFOS.
  • If you normally wear a half size: Order a half size UP for best fit.

With the exception of our OOlala, all OOFOS come in a medium unisex width. However, there are specific styles that we suggest for people that tend to have wider or narrow feet.

  • For people that have a wider set foot we highly recommend our OOriginal or OOriginal Sport thong or the OOahh Sport Flex slide sandals. The strap on our OOahh Sport Flex features an adjustable Velcro upper which accommodates wide or narrow feet.
  • If you tend to have a narrower foot, we suggest the OOlala thong as the foot bed shape is slightly more narrow.

Please email to inform us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. We suggest that you include photos of the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs (business hours Monday to Friday).
