For online orders with store pick-up selected, please wait for a confirmation email before coming in. Processing can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) as some items may need to be shipped from our Sydney warehouse before they are ready for collection. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you.

RETURNS
At SUMMIT Sport it is our intention to provide the highest quality equipment, fast shipping and 100% satisfaction to our customers.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the equipment, or the level of service that you were provided, you should contact us immediately.
Please email to inform us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. We suggest that you include photos of the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs (business hours Monday to Friday). Our prime concern is always the satisfaction of our customers.
Once we receive the product(s), our Returns Team will then process all returns within 7 business days to ensure they are in undamaged conditions.
