This ELITE FINGER PADDLE is a training aid that allows you to work on the catch phase on all 4 strokes (Freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke).

It comes with smooth edges for safety in the pool as this lowers the risk of injuring a fellow swimmer. Multiple strap positioning for a custom fit.
