KELME Kanga Football Boot - White

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

I purchased these football boots and used them for only one session on natural grass. After that single session, one stud on the right boot had bent and showed significant wear, while all the other studs were still in excellent condition with virtually no wear. The photos clearly show the difference.

I emailed Summit Sport on Sunday and sent a follow-up email on Tuesday, but received no response by Thursday. I eventually had to call them myself to get an update. When I called, they checked the issue and told me it was considered normal wear and tear.

I find this difficult to understand given the boots had only been used once and the other studs show virtually no wear. I expected better durability from the boots and, more importantly, better communication and customer service when raising a genuine concern.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.
