    With the exception of our OOlala, all OOFOS come in a medium unisex width. However, there are specific styles that we suggest for people that tend to have wider or narrow feet.

    • For people that have a wider set foot we highly recommend our OOriginal or OOriginal Sport thong or the OOahh Sport Flex slide sandals. The strap on our OOahh Sport Flex features an adjustable Velcro upper which accommodates wide or narrow feet.
    • If you tend to have a narrower foot, we suggest the OOlala thong as the foot bed shape is slightly more narrow.

    For online orders with store pick-up selected, please wait for a confirmation email before coming in. Processing can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) as some items may need to be shipped from our Sydney warehouse before they are ready for collection.     In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the equipment, or the level of service that you were provided, you should contact us immediately.

    Please email to inform us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. We suggest that you include photos of the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs (business hours Monday to Friday). Our prime concern is always the satisfaction of our customers.

    Once we receive the product(s), our Returns Team will then process all returns within 7 business days to ensure they are in undamaged conditions.
