For online orders with store pick-up selected, please wait for a confirmation email before coming in. Processing can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) as some items may need to be shipped from our Sydney warehouse before they are ready for collection. Once your order is ready, weāll notify you.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs (business hours Monday to Friday). Our prime concern is always the satisfaction of our customers.
Once we receive the product(s), our Returns Team will then process all returns within 7 business days to ensure they are in undamaged conditions.
